Scholarship Value
Successful applicants will receive a scholarship award ranging from ₦500,000 to ₦1,000,000, applied toward tuition and approved training costs at PrimeMed Pathway.

This scholarship is designed to support dedicated, high-potential students who demonstrate academic ability, strong character, and genuine commitment to a career in healthcare.

Scholarship Objective
PrimeMed Pathway is committed to expanding access to quality healthcare education. This scholarship aims to:

  • Support talented students facing financial barriers
  • Encourage excellence and discipline in healthcare training
  • Invest in individuals with clear purpose and long-term career vision
  • Build a pipeline of skilled healthcare professionals

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. Academic Qualification
    Applicants must provide one of the following:
  • Secondary School Certificate (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) with a minimum of five (5) credits in one sitting
    OR
  • OND, HND, NCE, or University transcript

Strong academic performance will be an advantage.
For higher institutions, a good CGPA will be considered positively but is not the sole deciding factor.

  1. Admission Status
  • Applicant must have applied to PrimeMed Pathway
  • Applicant must meet the entry requirements for their chosen healthcare program

3. Personal Statement (Very Important)
Applicants must submit a written statement explaining:

  • Why they want to pursue a healthcare career
  • Why they are applying for the scholarship
  • Their career goals and how the program will help them
  • Why they believe they deserve the scholarship

This section carries significant weight in the selection process.

  1. Financial Need (Considered)
    Priority may be given to applicants who demonstrate genuine financial need, supported by a brief explanation or documentation where applicable.
  2. Character & Commitment
    Applicants must demonstrate:
  • Seriousness and readiness for intensive training
  • Willingness to complete required clinical and practical components
  • Good communication and professional attitude during screening

Selection Process

Scholarship recipients will be selected through a multi-stage evaluation, which may include:

  • Academic record review
  • Personal statement assessment
  • Shortlisting and interview (virtual or physical)
  • Final approval by the PrimeMed Pathway Scholarship Committee

Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee selection.

Scholarship Coverage
The scholarship award:

  • Covers part or full tuition (₦500,000 – ₦1,000,000)
  • Is applied directly to the student’s training fees
  • Is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

Scholar Responsibilities
Successful recipients must:

  • Maintain satisfactory academic and practical performance
  • Comply with all institutional and clinical policies
  • Represent PrimeMed Pathway responsibly when required

Failure to meet these conditions may lead to scholarship withdrawal.
